Meet Marie — Founder & Bookkeeper for Small Multifamily Operators

I work primarily with small multifamily operators who want bookkeeping that truly supports how rental portfolios operate.


Most of my clients own between 2–20 units, manage multiple properties or LLCs, and have reached the point where “good enough” bookkeeping is no longer enough. They want clear, structured financials they can rely on, not just at tax time, but every month.
